AN ACT
To amend chapter 226, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to a road project to reduce flooding.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Chapter 226, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 226.198, to read as follows:
226.198. Subject to appropriation for the project, the department of transportation shall take corrective action to reduce the frequency of flooding on a portion of Highway 94 west of Terry Road in St. Charles County by raising the 3500-foot portion of the road prone to flooding by approximately three and one-half feet.
