     AMEND by striking lines 17 through 271 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following, and renumber subsequent sections:

     SECTION 1.  A woman's reproductive decisions shall be made by the woman, her family, her physician and her God.

     FURTHER, AMEND the title to conform.
