House Bill No.  654

 

BY: Senator(s) Suber

 

     AMEND on line 23 by inserting the following after the semicolon:

or any city, town or village that is a county seat and has voted to come out from under the dry law under Section 67-1-14;

     FURTHER, AMEND the title on line 5 by deleting "TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED" and inserting the following thereon:

2,500, OR ANY CITY, TOWN OR VILLAGE THAT IS A COUNTY SEAT THAT HAS VOTED TO COME OUT FROM UNDER THE DRY LAW UNDER SECTION 67-1-14,
