     AMEND by inserting after line 20 and renumber subsequent subsections:

     (3)  If a victim is targeted by a law enforcement officer, the penalty for any felony or misdemeanor conviction shall be subject to enhancement as provided in Sections 99-19-301 through 99-19-307.
