AN ACT TO REQUIRE RETAILERS TO MAINTAIN CERTAIN RECORDS ON ALL-TERRAIN AND OFF-ROAD VEHICLES; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. Any person selling all-terrain or off-road vehicles at retail in this state must maintain records of each vehicle's model, vehicle identification number, make and the name of the purchaser upon the sale of the vehicle.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2015.
