AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 35-1-33, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH ESTABLISHES THE AMOUNT OF CONTRIBUTION REQUIRED TO BE PAID BY VETERAN RESIDENTS OF STATE VETERANS HOMES; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  Section 35-1-33, Mississippi Code of 1972, which establishes the amount of contribution required to be paid by veteran residents of state veterans homes, is hereby repealed.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
