House Bill 1561

AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF LEE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE ANNUALLY TO THE SANCTUARY HOSPICE HOUSE; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  The Board of Supervisors of Lee County, Mississippi, is authorized and empowered, in its discretion, to contribute from any available funds an amount not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) annually to the Sanctuary Hospice House.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
