AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF ATTALA COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE UP TO ONE MILLION DOLLARS IN CASH OR IN KIND WORK TO HOLMES COMMUNITY COLLEGE FOR THE RENOVATION OF THE OLD MILWAUKEE ELECTRIC TOOL BUILDING WHICH SHALL BE UTILIZED FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Attala County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may contribute an amount not to exceed One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) to Holmes Community College in either cash or in kind work for the renovation of the old Milwaukee Electric Tool building located on West Jefferson Street in Kosciusko, Attala County, Mississippi, for educational purposes.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
