House Bill 1770

AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CLAIBORNE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CHARGE LESS THAN FAIR RENTAL VALUE FOR  CERTAIN COUNTY PROPERTY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  The Board of Supervisors of Claiborne County, Mississippi, is authorized, in its discretion, to fix and establish the fair rental value that may be charged to Theatre Plus, a nonprofit entity, at a monthly amount not to exceed Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) for certain county property known as the Blue Barn Theater that houses Theatre Plus.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
