House Bill 319
AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT A PERSON OWNING OR HAVING ANY INTEREST IN REAL PROPERTY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INJURIES OR DAMAGES TO GUESTS OR BUSINESS INVITEES CAUSED BY OTHER GUESTS, BUSINESS INVITEES OR OTHER THIRD PARTIES; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. A person owning or having any interest in real property shall not be civilly liable to a guest or business invitee on the property for any injuries or damages arising out of any act or omission of another guest, business invitee or any other third party.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2012.
