House Bill 549
AN ACT TO REQUIRE THE LEGISLATURE TO INCREASE THE AMOUNT APPROPRIATED TO THE DIVISION OF MEDICAID FOR THE HOME- AND COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES WAIVER PROGRAMS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2012 BY $5,000,000.00 ABOVE THE AMOUNT THAT WAS APPROPRIATED TO THE DIVISION FOR THOSE PROGRAMS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2011; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Legislature shall increase the amount appropriated to the Division of Medicaid for the home- and community-based services waiver programs for fiscal year 2012 by Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000.00) above the amount that was appropriated to the division for those programs for fiscal year 2011.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
