Senate Bill 2548

AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 27-19-56.88, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH AUTHORIZES A DISTINCTIVE LICENSE TAG FOR THE "FRIENDS OF THE MED" IN COAHOMA COUNTY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  Section 27-19-56.88, Mississippi Code of 1972, which authorizes a distinctive license tag for the "Friends of the Med" in Coahoma County, Mississippi, is hereby repealed.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2015.
