AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF DESOTO COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONVEY CERTAIN PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF OLIVE BRANCH, MISSISSIPPI; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  (1)  The Board of Supervisors of DeSoto County, Mississippi, is authorized and empowered, in its discretion, to donate or sell for a nominal sum to the City of Olive Branch, Mississippi, that real property titled to DeSoto County, Mississippi, by conveyance recorded as Book 161, Page 84 of the Land Record of DeSoto County Chancery Clerk, and further identified as tax parcel 1064.1700.0.00007.00, also identified as 7100 Stateline Road, Olive Branch, Mississippi.

     (2)  The Board of Supervisors of DeSoto County, Mississippi, is authorized to execute such documents as are necessary to convey title to the City of Olive Branch, Mississippi, in such form as may be agreed upon.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
