AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF WARREN COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE WARREN, WASHINGTON, ISSAQUENA, SHARKEY COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY, THE WOMEN'S RESTORATION SHELTER OF MOUNTAIN OF FAITH MINISTRIES, WE CARE COMMUNITY SERVICES, INC., THE VICKSBURG FAMILY DEVELOPMENT SERVICE, TRIUMPH MINISTRIES, INC., AND CENTRAL MISSISSIPPI PREVENTION SERVICES, INC.; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  The Board of Supervisors of Warren County, Mississippi, in its discretion, is authorized to contribute funds to the following organizations in amounts not to exceed the following:

     Warren, Washington, Issaquena,

         Sharkey Community Action Agency........... $  6,750.00

     Women's Restoration Shelter of

         Mountain of Faith Ministries.............. $  4,500.00

     We Care Community Services, Inc............... $  5,625.00

     Vicksburg Family Development Service.......... $  4,500.00

     Triumph Ministries, Inc....................... $ 11,250.00

     Central Mississippi Prevention Services, Inc.. $  1,125.00

     SECTION 2.  This act shall be repealed from and after October 1, 2020.

     SECTION 3.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
