AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF WARREN COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO A LOCAL, NONPROFIT VETERAN'S TRANSITION CENTER FACILITY TO AID AND ASSIST QUALIFIED VETERANS IN FINANCIAL NEED; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  The Board of Supervisors of Warren County, Mississippi, in its discretion, is authorized to contribute during fiscal year 2019 an amount not to exceed Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00) to a local, nonprofit Veteran's Transition Center facility to aid and assist qualified veterans in financial need.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
