AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF TIPPAH COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE TO UNITED COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY, INC.; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Tippah County, Mississippi, in its discretion, is authorized to contribute an amount of not more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) annually, out of any available funds of the county, to United Community Action Agency, Inc., during calendar year 2012, in connection with United Community Action Agency, operating various programs in and for Tippah County.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
