A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to provide funds for the Gaston College East Campus multicampus site.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding G.S. 115D‑5(o), the State Board of Community Colleges shall approve the Kimbrell Campus multicampus site of Gaston College.

SECTION 2.  Of the funds appropriated to the Community Colleges System Office for the North Carolina Center for Applied Textile Technology, the sum of four hundred eighty‑seven thousand four hundred thirty‑six dollars ($487,436) for the 2012‑2013 fiscal year shall be used to operate the Kimbrell Campus multicampus site of Gaston College.

SECTION 3.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2012.
