A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT to continue the authorization of the town of chapel hill to provide public campaign financing for that town's municipal elections.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
SECTION 1. Section 4 of S.L. 2007‑222 reads as rewritten:
"SECTION 4. This act is effective when it
becomes law and expires July 1, 2012.law."
SECTION 2. This act is effective when it becomes law.
