A JOINT RESOLUTION providing for adjournment sine die of the 2016 Fifth extra session.

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

SECTION 1.  When the House of Representatives and the Senate, constituting the 2016 Fifth Extra Session of the General Assembly, adjourn on the date this resolution is ratified, they stand adjourned sine die.

SECTION 2.  This resolution is effective upon ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified this the 21^st day of December, 2016.
