A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to repeal the sunset on the law authorizing the division of motor vehicles to issue permanent registration plates to charter schools.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Subsection (b) of Section 6.6 of S.L. 2014‑101 is repealed.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
