A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to appropriate funds to study Certain environmental impacts in the Goose Creek watershed of the Rocky River Basin.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.         There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Department of Environment and Natural Resources the sum of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to fund a study of the environmental impacts of the extension of new water or sewer lines into the Goose Creek watershed of the Rocky River basin.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2011.
