A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT adding certain described property to the corporate limits of the town of glen Alpine, at the request of the town.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  The following described property is added to the corporate limits of the Town of Glen Alpine:

All of the property described in the survey plat recorded in Plat Book 35, Page 199 of the Burke County Registry.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
