A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to repeal the requirement that limitations on campaign contributions automatically adjust pursuant to an average over a calendar year of the consumer Price index.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  G.S. 163‑278.13(a1) is repealed.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
