Short Title:        Clayton Annexation.		(Local)

A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT To annex certain described PROPERTY to the town of clayton.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  The corporate limits of the Town of Clayton are increased by annexing the following described tract:

Containing 446 acres, more or less, and being the North Carolina Department of Agriculture Central Crop Research Station, and the adjoining right-of-way of US 70 Business Highway, and the adjoining right-of-way of the North Carolina Railroad.

SECTION 3.  This act becomes effective June 30, 2015.
