STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen

 

AN ACT relative to eligibility for utility dealer registration.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Application for Utility Dealer Registration.  Amend RSA 261:119 to read as follows:

261:119  Application for Utility Dealer Registration.  A utility dealer may make application to the department, upon blanks prescribed and furnished by it for that purpose for a general distinguishing number for utility dealer registration.  The application shall contain such information as the director may require.  The applicant shall be substantially engaged in the activities described in RSA 259:121.  As used in this section, “substantially engaged” means having gross sales of at least $100,000 in each 12-month period.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
