AN ACT relative to the purposes of town by-laws.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen
AN ACT relative to the purposes of town by-laws.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Power to Make By-Laws; Purpose. Amend RSA 31:39, I(l) to read as follows:
(l) Making and ordering their prudential affairs through the execution of powers that have been specifically granted to towns by the state;
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
