STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen
AN ACT relative to certain driveway permits.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Driveway Permits. Amend RSA 236:13 by inserting after paragraph VI the following new paragraph:
VII. In the case where a lot created by a local planning board abuts a state road so that the only point of ingress or egress is onto such state road, the department of transportation shall issue a driveway permit for the lot subject only to state and local regulations regarding sight distance and drainage structures.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
