STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen
AN ACT using a portion of meals and rooms revenues for fish and game search and rescue operations.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Tax on Meals and Rooms; Distribution of Revenues. Amend RSA 78-A:26, I(d) to read as follows:
(d) The sum of $1 in each fiscal year from the net income distributed under the introductory paragraph of paragraph I shall be credited to the fish and game search and rescue fund established in RSA 206:42.
(e) The remainder to the general fund.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2018.
