STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Thirteen

AN ACT relative to the information on fuel invoices.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Subparagraph; Furnace and Stove Oil; Delivery Invoice. Amend RSA 438:33, II by inserting after subparagraph (g) the following new subparagraph:

(h) The total computed price for the volume delivered or the actual price charged for the volume delivered, including any applicable discount.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2014.
