STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twelve

AN ACT relative to types of community living facilities.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

40:1 Repeal. RSA 126-A:23, relative to types of community living facilities, is repealed.

40:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
