STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eleven
AN ACT repealing the department of education’s rulemaking authority for home education programs.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. The following are repealed:
I. RSA 193-A:3, relative to rulemaking by the department of education for home education programs.
II. RSA 193-A:10, relative to the home education advisory council.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
