STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Five

 

AN ACT allowing the division of historic resources to expend moose plate funds to administer and fund grants.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Conservation Number Plates: Use of Funds.  Amend RSA 261:97-c, I(a) to read as follows:

(a)  The administration and funding of grants for preservation of significant publicly-owned historic properties. Such properties shall be at least 50 years old and listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
