STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Three
AN ACT repealing a department of education report on chartered public school funding.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. RSA 194-B:11, I(e), relative to chartered public schools funding; report to the fiscal committee, is repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
