STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Three
AN ACT relative to the use of bait for hunting bear.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Wild Black Bear; Use of Bait. Amend RSA 208:22 by inserting after paragraph X the following new paragraph:
XI. The executive director, with the consent of the commission, shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to the use of bait in hunting bears which shall be consistent with the rules relative to the use of bait in hunting deer.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
