STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twelve
AN ACT extending the commission to study the effects of service-connected post-traumatic stress disorder and traumatic brain injury suffered in the line of duty by members of the armed forces and veterans.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Report. Amend RSA 115-D:5 to read as follows:
115-D:5 Report. The commission shall report its findings and any recommendations for proposed legislation to the president of the senate, the speaker of the house of representatives, the senate clerk, the house clerk, the governor, and the state library on or before December 1, [2011] 2012.
2 Effective Date of Repeal of Commission. Amend 2011, 84:3, I to read as follows:
I. Section 2 of this act shall take effect May 1, [2012] 2013.
3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
