STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nineteen
AN ACT making a technical correction to the bail statute.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Release of a Defendant Pending Trial; Reference Correction. Amend the introductory paragraph in RSA 597:2, III(b) to read as follows:
(b) In determining the amount of the unsecured appearance bond or cash or corporate surety bail under subparagraph [II(a)] III(a), if any, the court:
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
