SENATE BILL 38-FN
AN ACT transferring moneys from the revenue stabilization reserve account to the highway and bridge betterment account.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seventeen
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 State Treasurer; Revenue Stabilization Reserve Account; Transfer of Funds Authorized. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, for the biennium ending June 30, 2019, after the requirements of RSA 9:13-e, II-IV have been met and the balance in the revenue stabilization reserve account is in excess of the cap specified in RSA 9:13-e, IV, the state treasurer shall transfer $1 from the revenue stabilization reserve account to the highway and bridge betterment account.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2017.
