STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four
AN ACT relative to tax exempt status for the International Order of Odd Fellows.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; Property Taxes; International Order of Odd Fellows. Amend RSA 72 by inserting after section 23-n the following new section:
72:23-o International Order of Odd Fellows. The real estate and personal property owned by the International Order of Odd Fellows which are incorporated in this state shall be exempt from property taxes. If such property is rented for business purposes, the real estate shall not be exempt.
