An Act concerning certain retail food establishments and repealing P.L.2009, c.306.

 

     Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:

 

     1.    P.L.2009, c.306 (C.26:3E-16 et seq.) is repealed.

 

     2.    This act shall take effect immediately.

 

 

STATEMENT

 

     This bill repeals P.L.2009, c.306 (C.26:3E-16 et seq.), which requires chain restaurants in New Jersey to provide calorie information for food or beverage items offered for sale.
