SYNOPSIS
Requires MVC to check Social Security Administration records and mark deceased individuals in MVC database once per month.

An Act concerning the records of the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission and supplementing 1[P.L.2003, c.13 (C.39:2A-1 et al.)] Title 39 of the Revised Statutes1.
Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:
1. The Chief Administrator of the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission shall compare, not less than once per month, the 1commission's1 database records 1[of the commission]1 with the death records produced by the Social Security Administration and shall mark as deceased in the 1commission's1 database records 1[of the commission]1 any individual who is listed in those death records.
2. This act shall take effect immediately.
