An Act concerning reimbursement for providers of adult medical day care services and supplementing Title 30 of the Revised Statutes.
Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:
1. a. Notwithstanding the provisions of any law or regulation to the contrary, the per diem reimbursement rate for providers of adult medical day care services under the Medicaid program established pursuant to P.L.1968, c.413 (C.30:4D-1 et seq.), or under any other State program funding such services, regardless of provider type, shall be set at $85.77 and shall represent the State published rate for purposes of reimbursement of providers by managed care organizations operating under the Medicaid program.

STATEMENT
This bill establishes a per diem reimbursement rate of $85.77 for providers of adult medical day care services under New Jersey's Medicaid program and other State programs.
