     Reserves $1.078 million of appropriation for New Jersey City University for A. Harry Moore Laboratory School.

A Supplement to "An Act making appropriations for the support of the State Government and the several public purposes for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2011 and regulating the disbursement thereof,"  approved      , 2010 (P.L.2010, c.   ).

 

     Be It Enacted by the Senate and the General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:

 

     1.    The language provisions in section 1 of P.L.2010, c.    are amended as follows:

 

74 DEPARTMENT OF STATE

30 Educational, Cultural, and Intellectual Development

36 Higher Educational Services

2450 New Jersey City University

 

GRANTS-IN-AID

 

Of the sums hereinabove appropriated for New Jersey City University,   $1,078,000 is appropriated for the A. Harry Moore Laboratory School.  This account shall be considered a special purpose appropriation for accounting and reporting purposes.

     2.    This act shall take effect immediately.

 

 

STATEMENT

 

     This bill adds language to the FY 2011 Appropriations Act to reserve $1.078 million of the funds appropriated for the New Jersey City University for the A. Harry Moore Laboratory School.  Similar language has been included in the appropriations act in prior years.
