SYNOPSIS
Makes supplemental appropriation of $15 million to DEP for implementation of Electric School Bus Program.

A Supplement to the annual appropriations act for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2[2023, P.L.2022, c.49] 2024, P.L.2023, c.742.
Be It Enacted by the Senate and the General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:
1[1. In addition to the amounts appropriated under P.L.2022, c.49, the annual appropriations act for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, there is appropriated from the General Fund the following amount for the purpose specified:

40 Community Development and Environmental Management
45 Environmental Regulation

11. The following language provision is added to section 1 of 2[P.L.2022, c.49] P.L.2023, c.742 , the annual appropriations act for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2[2023] 20242:

Notwithstanding the provisions of any law or regulation to the contrary, there is appropriated from the Clean Energy Fund to the Department of Environmental Protection the amount of $15,000,000 for the purposes of supporting the Electric School Bus Program, established pursuant to P.L.2022, c.86 (C.26:2C-8.58).1
2. This act shall take effect immediately.
