       AN ACT to amend the mental hygiene law, in relation to notice  of  peti-
         tion  for  the  appointment  of  a  guardian  for purposes of property
         management
         THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section  1.  Paragraph  (i) of subdivision (c) of section 81.21 of the
    2  mental hygiene law, as added by chapter 698 of  the  laws  of  1992,  is
    3  amended to read as follows:
    4    (i) the persons entitled to notice in accordance with paragraph one of
    5  subdivision [(d)] (E) of section 81.07 of this article;
    6    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.

                             [ ] is old law to be omitted.
