        AN  ACT  to amend the education law, in relation to requiring all public
          secondary schools to provide the  annual  administration  of  the  SAT
          during a school day

          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section 1. The education law is amended by adding a new section  342-b
     2  to read as follows:
     3    §  342-b. SAT school day administration. Every public secondary school
     4  shall provide the annual administration of the Scholastic Aptitude  Test
     5  to all test subjects at such school during a regular school day.
     6    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
