HOOPER -- read once and referred to the Committee on Economic Development, Job Creation, Commerce and Industry AN ACT to amend the alcoholic beverage control law, in relation to banning over-under policy in bars THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: 1 Section 1. The alcoholic beverage control law is amended by adding a 2 new section 118-a to read as follows: 3 S 118-A. PROHIBITIONS. NOTWITHSTANDING ANY LAW, RULE, REGULATION OR 4 LOCAL ORDINANCE TO THE CONTRARY, A LICENSE OR PERMIT TO SELL ALCOHOLIC 5 BEVERAGES AT RETAIL FOR CONSUMPTION ON PREMISES SHALL BE REVOKED FOR 6 CAUSE AS PROVIDED IN SECTION ONE HUNDRED EIGHTEEN OF THIS ARTICLE, IF 7 SUCH ESTABLISHMENT ADMITS UNDER-AGE PATRONS AS PART OF AN OVER-UNDER AGE 8 POLICY. 9 S 2.
