        AN  ACT to amend the public authorities law, in relation to the prohibi-
          tion of the use of passenger  trains  without  conductors  in  certain
          circumstances
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
     1    Section 1. The public authorities law  is  amended  by  adding  a  new
     2  section 1277-b to read as follows:
     3    §  1277-b.  Use  of  passenger trains without conductors prohibited in
     4  certain circumstances. Any passenger train operating without the use  of
     5  a conductor is prohibited from passing under any body of water.
     6    §  2.  This  act shall take effect on the thirtieth day after it shall
     7  have become a law.
