        AN ACT to amend the public health law, in relation to adding W-18 to the
          schedule of controlled substances
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
     1    Section 1. Subdivision (b) of schedule I of section 3306 of the public
     2  health law is amended by adding a new paragraph 56 to read as follows:
     3    (56) W-18 (4-chloro-N-{1-{2-(4-nitrophenyl)ethyl}2piperidinyli-
     4  dene}benzenesulfonamide).
     5    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
