        AN ACT to amend the alcoholic beverage control law, in relation to crys-
          talline alcoholic beverage products

          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section  1.  Subdivision  1-a of section 100 of the alcoholic beverage
     2  control law, as added by chapter 231 of the laws of 2015, is amended  to
     3  read as follows:
     4    1-a.  No  person  shall sell, offer for sale, or otherwise provide for
     5  the consumption of any powdered or crystalline alcoholic beverage  prod-
     6  uct.
     7    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
