STATE OF NEW YORK ________________________________________________________________________ 4076 2025-2026 Regular Sessions IN ASSEMBLY January 31, 2025 ___________ Introduced by M. of A. CUNNINGHAM -- read once and referred to the Committee on Economic Development AN ACT to amend the alcoholic beverage control law, in relation to waiv- ing certain liquor license renewal fees; and providing for the repeal of such provisions upon expiration thereof The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Section 66 of the alcoholic beverage control law is amended 2 by adding a new subdivision 11 to read as follows: 3 11. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, the fee for any 4 renewal of a license required pursuant to sections sixty-four, sixty- 5 four-a, sixty-four-b, sixty-four-c or sixty-four-d of this article shall 6 be waived during the calendar year ending December thirty-first, two 7 thousand twenty-five. 8 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall apply to annual 9 liquor license fees due on and after January 1, 2025; provided however, 10 this act shall expire December 31, 2025, when upon such date the 11 provisions of this act shall be deemed repealed.
